"We are not going to change the world, however we will improve the lives of many people".

“Reliving the moment”

OUR APPROACH

As we age it is vital that we maintain our muscle mass and body
strength. This ensures that we stay upright, maintaining our balance and
cognitive health whilst avoiding falls. Music plays an important part in
our lives as it relaxes and inspires us, and evokes wonderful memories
and associations.  Music is an integral part of our Ballet4Wellbeing
movement programme.

Providing you with safe spaces to relax

We teach our programs in aged care facilities, community centres, retirement villages as well as private homes. All participants will be supervised by Ballet4Wellbeing instructors and carers in the aged care settings.
